is our passion,
in the moonlight,
on a joyride.
We love this exaltation (woh oh, o-o-o-oh)
We want the new temptations (woh oh, o-o-o-oh)
It's like a revelation (woh oh, o-o-o-oh)
We live on fascination.

15:34. I went jogging this morning. It was great! I put some calm songs like Wish you were here, Build a bridge, I don't wanna miss a thing and Is this love (therefore, the classics) on my I-Pod and enjoyed the fresh air and loneliness. The park was nearly empty, just a few joggers like me were there. I also had a lot of time to think.
So, I'll give Alex a chance. I really like him and I would like to see him open up a bit and put this aroggance of his aside. I wouldn't be talking this if I hadn't seen some clear signs, that he fancies me, so we'll see what happens on Monday.
15:55. We just had lunch. Dad was kind of experimenting. I'm hungry now.
18:20. I'm off to our favourite café at the cinema, the girls are waiting for me there. I hope they still have those delicious cakes, there's nothing good in the fridge and i'm a lousy cooker, like my dad. It's raining outside, so I put on my yellow rain coat and take my transparent umbrella and leave the house.
19:12. I'm singing in the rain, just singing in the rain... Literally. I'm tapping my umbrella on the puddles, singing: Now that's raining more than ever, you know that we'll still have each other, you can stand under my umbrella, ela-ela-e-e-e,... Thankfully, I'm all alone in the street so noone hears or sees me. But I'm wrong. I'm just spinning with my opened umbrella when someone comes round the corner. And who is that someone? None other than Alex.
WITH A GIRL!
19:20. WITH A FREAKIN' GIIIIIRRRRLLLLL!!! A blonde! A gorgeous slim blonde girl from that professional dance studio just a few blocks away from our dance school! With a cute face! When I saw them I just turned round and pretended to call someone, so Alex didn't see me. I just stood there until they dissapeared round the corner. Alex with a girl, holding hands. Gosh! I was like a pathetic little pile of misery. I dropped my umbrella on the wet floor and it landed directly in a puddle of rain water. I leaned myself onto the wall made of bricks, which was covered in graffiti. I always try to control myself but this time, I just couldn't hold the tears. I had no idea where this came from. I obviously misjudged the situation with Alex. Aaaah stupid me! I shouldn't have started thinking that there's something between us so early. Obviously he'll fall for the professional dancer and not a greenhorn like me.
I felt so pathetic. The atmosphere was ironically fitting with my mood. The empty street, pouring rain, dark clouds and a sad, disappointed girl in a yellow rain coat which would, in this moment, change colour to grey if it was possible and a hood over her head.
20:45. I was walking slowly, so I was ever more late than I would be if I hadn't seen what I've seen. The girls were outraged with what I've told them. Especially Jules, who was so sorry that she missunderstood the situation and encouraged me to make a move on him, that she had damp eyes and I could see that she felt really bad about it. So I told her that it's okay and I'll get over it. I don't like even him that much anyway. He's just a pretty boy that cracked my heart a liiiiittle bit. He's neither the first one, nor the last one. Then Stella made a suggestion that takes part quite often in our group when times get hard for one of us. Let's get drunk!
21:00. There was no need to say it twice. We sent Natalie to the liqueur store, because she looks the oldest. She came out with two bottles of Tequilla Viuda de Romero and of course what point would it have drinking tequilla without lemon and salt? So we bought that and headed for the skate park.
The park was dark, but there were a few people. I heard boys. A couple of them soon came to us and we drank. Jules was hammered just after a couple of shots. She jumped around, screaming: "Ay, Dios mio! Qué guapo muchacho! Caramba, eres caliente! A mí me gusta tequilla!" And I roared with laughter watching her. Kat was snogging with some boy just after two hours, and the other were all around Jules. So me, Natalie and Stella were sitting there alone, drinking shots of Tequilla.
"This is the perfect way to conclude a day of disappointment." I say and smile sourly to Nat and Stella. They return me the smiles.
"Sure is."
"Ah, let's forget these douche-bags boys for a couple of hours and just enjoy being single and independent!" I exclamate.
"Now we're talking! Boys are rubbish!" Stella said.
"Quien quiere mas tequilla?" Nat said with a big smile on her face. So, we cheered to a night without boys.
